Meet the Managing Partner

The team at Starke Finanz Consulting is led by Okay Okorafor. Okay is a versatile and visionary finance professional with two decades of expertise in various Accounting and Finance roles.

Okay possesses a distinct combination of financial, operational, and managerial skills that resonate with his prowess in Financial Management; encompassing financial modeling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Reporting, and Treasury management. He has spent the past 12 years building finance functions from the ground up, pioneering financial models that optimized profitability, and financial risk mitigation in various businesses at different stages of their growth.

Besides his extensive expertise in corporate finance, Okay is also highly experienced in systems management, overseeing ERP system deployment and enhancement, as well as directing the adoption and utilization of innovative technology and financial systems.

Okay has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an M.Sc in Finance and Accounting from The University of Edinburgh (Business School), Scotland. He has multi-industry experience across consulting, manufacturing, health tech, hospitality, fintech, and banking.
